Meet the Business Owner: Jeff and Micki S.
Wife and Husband team Micki and Jeff Smith, along with Executive Chef Mario Huidor, are all veterans of the restaurant business. They originally conceived the Texifornia Tamale Co as a commercial kitchen servicing fairs, festivals and farmer’s markets. But, mountain locals all, they understand the need for great food accessibly made fresh at a reasonable price. The current location is an honest reflection of their passions.
